Working Like a Dog

We attached a handle to Eric so we could use him to mop the floor, but he didn't like being dipped in the water bucket.

Division of Labor

There were three hot air balloons visibile from our roof this afternoon. "Our roof" to which I refer is above the new guest quarters, and is where we indeed spent the entire afternoon, nay, the entire day installing said roof. But that's another story, more pictures of which you can see on "J2M's House".

Eric and Findlay divided barking duties for the three balloons. Fin took the two to the south, Eric took the one to the west. Fin's kept him busy for at least half-an-hour, but Eric's dropped out of sight quickly, and looked like it might have landed in your field!

We hopped in the car and sped around the block, but it turned out that the balloon landed next door to your future home. Exactly why they landed in that development instead of your open field is a mystery. Still, if the balloon could only have waited two years, this would have been pretty exciting for y'all!
